First workshop of OASIS, October 23, 2014, Barcelona!
The first OASIS workshop will be held on October 23, 2014, in the medical center TEKNON in Barcelona!
There will be a partial contribution of the costs for the companies that will participate in the Workshop.
Local organiser: SECPhO, the Southern European Cluster in Photonics and Optics.
This workshop will focus particularly on Medicine and Healthcare.
Objectives of this workshop:
- to give an overview of life science facilities, SMEs and research in biophotonics found in the region covered by SECPhO,
- to disseminate the activities and the results of the OASIS project,
- to present the other clusters of the OASIS consortium and their life science facilities.The event is open to anyone interested.

OASIS – Open the Access to Life Science Infrastructures for SMEs. The project aims to take advantage of existing European resources to reduce time to market in biophotonics by providing SMEs easy access to facilities, renowned experts and funding services.

Project duration: Dec. 2013 to May 2016 (30 months)
Partners: 9 Photonics Clusters or National Platforms from 7 European countries. First activities of OASIS: inventory of life science facilities, SMEs and hospitals needs.
